Keep hosts informed about their visitors
Immediately a visitor scans the QR code at the reception, they are directed to a COVID safe form and asked to select their host. Access to the office is automatically granted or denied based on the answers to the health questions.
The host gets a notification via email and Slack their visitors were allowed or denied access, along with the visitors contact details.
If the visitor is denied access as a result of not being COVID-safe, the host is instructed not to meet them in person and to contact them via another method.
