Do I need any special equipment to use Wellcome?
Wellcome can be used without any special equipment. For the best employee experience, contactless sign-in for employees uses the Wellcome workplace management iPad app on an iPad. Set up an iPad stand at the reception for your employees to check-in. Everything else is done with your computer and your employees’ and visitors’ mobile devices.
Do I pay more to set up Wellcome in multiple locations?
Our pricing plans are based on the number of employees, so you can set up Wellcome in multiple locations. All you need is an iPad for each location and you’re all set.
What’s in the free trial?
The free trial gives you access to all Wellcome features for 14 days. This includes touchless check-in for employees and visitors, comprehensive admin reports, and office occupancy trends.
How do I pay for Wellcome?
We accept payment via debit or credit card. Select the plan that suits you and proceed to pay. Fill in your card details and start enjoying Wellcome’s unique features.
Are there any hidden fees?
All our pricing plans are completely transparent. After your free 14-day trial, you're charged for the plan that you selected. Choose to pay monthly or annually. Additional fees apply for SMS visitor notifications.
